Application process requires
- Complete admission process at ASU, &/or one of the Maricopa County Community Colleges
- File the FAFSA to determine financial eligibility
Mail the following documents to the appropriate campus
- Academic transcripts
- Documentation/proof of qualifying criteria
- All applicable test scores
- 2-4 recommendation forms from teacher, employer or other community contact
- ASU applicants submit a copy of your completed 1040 tax information
