What are some of the responsibilities and expectations of ASU Nina Scholars?

Scholars must maintain a semester grade point average of 2.50
during the first year and 2.75 each subsequent semester.

Scholars are required to take classes at one of the program supported
campuses during the first year.
Currently, the Tempe and Downtown campuses have program support.

Scholars must take a minimum of 9 credit units per semester.

Scholars must participate
in program classes, cohort meetings, and scheduled activities.

Scholars are expected to check their e-mail accounts regularly and respond in a timely manner.

Scholars are required to enroll in a university
introduction course as a cohort and in a spring semester course selected jointly with program
staff.
